Welcome to our brand new (delivered in 2024) two-bedroom apartment located in a prime area of Tangiers. This upscale property is situated in one of the most sought-after areas in the city with 24-hour concierge / security, and only a 10 min walk from the Train Station, City Centre Mall, Ibn Battuta Mall and beautiful beaches. It offers offering both convenience and luxury at your doorstep.
On street parking is available at the front and rear of the development.

The apartment features a lounge / diner, separate kitchen (with Samsung appliances), two bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a small balcony and aircon / WiFi throughout. With the inclusion of plush towels and complimentary toiletries, we ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible.
