Nice clean and secure flat with view on to the beach, location is great close to train station and shops. We were welcomed by Hamza who was very helpful and answered all our questions.

Points positifs :
- Près de la gare de train et de la plage.
- Très peu de bruits en soirée ou la nuit.
- Appartement spacieux.
Points négatifs :
- Dès notre arrivée avec l'hôte (remise de deux clés : porte de l'édifice et de l'appartement), pas de réseau wifi. Il nous informe qu'il reviendra plus tard avec un autre modem. Il n'est pas revenu. Le nouveau modem a été "livré" par quelqu'un d'autre le lendemain soir, sans préavis. L'absence d'accès au modem était problématique et frustrante.
- Pas surprenant qu'il y ait autant de photos du salon, c'est la pièce qui paraît le mieux. Malgré tout, l'unité vissée au mur sous la télévision était en partie affaissée.
- Les deux chambres sont moins intéressantes, avec des lits peu confortables et des meubles endommagés, idem pour la tringle de rideau.
- Dans la douche d'une des deux toilettes, l'eau s'accumulait durant la douche, au point de déborder si l'eau n'était pas arrêtée.
- Les chambres et les toilettes, comme la cuisine, reflétaient mieux l'état délabré de l'appartement.
- Différents items dans la cuisine étaient endommagés : robinetterie, armoires, hottes, etc.
- La télé n'offre que 4 chaînes, dont une occasionnellement en français (TV5)
Dans l'ensemble, difficultés de communication avec l'hôte que nous n'avons jamais revu. Le haut édifice semble partiellement occupé et en partie en rénovation. Nous avons été passés la 3e nuit à l'hôtel, très déçu de cette location.
