A rare find - perfect for a relaxed, outdoor grilling experience.
A warm at home feeling in the kottage. Full kitchen and a quiet patio to enjoy. Pet friendly with fenced in area. (1 per stay, (dogs only)with max of 75lbs, additional or other pet considerations MUST be pre-approved /fees apply) Come stay for a few days or a long term. Free street parking and convenient to Route 52 and 823. I want guests to feel at home and have that comfortable stay. The cottage was build in 1949 and has refinished original wood floors, though not a perfect new construction, but definitely a great “at home” feel. The cottage is not new and has “quirks” yet with respect, you will have a comfortable stay. We want our guests to enjoy and not feel obligated to hotel environments or unneeded concerns. NO SMOKING IN THE COTTAGE!! Additional cleaning fee of $500 will be accessed for any inside smoking! *Pets are not permitted to roam unattended. Must be with owner at all time or contained in pet approved cage.
