The shuttle from DIA drops you off at the complex, making car‑free travel simple. If you do bring a vehicle, enjoy two dedicated parking spots.
Inside, the condo has been fully updated with new appliances, furnishings, and a clean, modern design. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the guest room includes a twin‑over‑queen bunk. A queen pullout sofa adds even more flexibility, allowing the space to sleep up to 6 comfortably. Step out onto the deck for peaceful wooded views and a quiet spot to unwind after a day on the mountain.
The community pool and hot tub — among the best in Breck — are located just behind the building. Walk to Peak 9 for lift access, enjoy super‑fast WiFi for work or streaming, and take advantage of the brand‑new in‑unit washer/dryer for longer stays. Please note: the pool complex closes seasonally from Labor Day until Ski Season Opening Day, and again for a short period after ski season until Memorial Day.

The location was close to town and hiking trails. The condo remodel looks great. Check in was easy and everything was as it was said in the description. We highly recommend this property if you are visiting Breckenridge. We definitely will come back to this condo when we visit Breckenridge again.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at Brett’s place. It’s just a short walk to many of the shops and restaurants. The amenities were great. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We would certainly stay again. Thanks!

Immaculate Condo in a great location

The condo was exceptionally clean and it felt like everything was brand new. We needed sheets for the pull out couch so called upon arrival and someone brought by sheets within an hour or so. This condo is centrally located and a lovely walk over to the shops on main street. Couldn't be more pleased with our short stay in this condo. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Good time!

Beautiful place. Perhaps a warning that the listing was 2 stories may be helpful for leople with walking/breathing problems at high altitudes. It was a little hard to get in contact with the host when we had a few minor problems pop up.

This is a good ski condo but the pictures are very deceiving. It is not as new as advertised online. No other issues otherwise.
