Watch hot air balloons go by in the early morning hours from this beautiful vintage 1880 Cape Cod style home.

This cozy and comfortable cottage style home features three bedrooms downstairs and one bedroom and a den in the upstairs guest quarters. There are two kitchens, one in the guest quarters and one in the main house both featuring a gas range. The downstairs bath features a claw-foot tub/shower and the upstairs bath features a shower. Off the downstairs kitchen through the charming dutch door is a lovely covered patio featuring an oversized farm table perfect for gathering with a delicious cheese board and a Napa Valley bottle of wine on a warm summer evening. Relax in the outdoor hot-tub under the stars at the end of a long wine country day.

After you relax, walk to town, where within two blocks you can enjoy the River Walk with great restaurants, a dessert shop, or some night life at Downtown Joe's. In the morning walk to coffee and fresh baked treats at Sweetie Pies or enjoy a full breakfast at General Cafe or Grace's Table.

Charming

This home was just perfect. Beautiful, cozy home, charming describes it! Relaxing back yard, quiet setting with nice landscaping, plants, fruits and veggies spread throughout the property. Everything you need for cooking, entertaining etc. spent my husbands 60th birthday in Napa and this home was close to everything in a quiet neighborhood setting. Don’t pass this one up!

Quaint home

Lovely home with sizable rooms.. it was clean and felt comfortable. Great location. The only issue we had was the second floor bathroom. The water pressure was horrendous. The pipes were banging when you turned on the water. You couldn’t wash your hair… It hardly worked for our party of 6 women. Getting ready was a total inconvenience. Some of the women got ready at the spa instead. If the bathroom upstairs gets fixed, it’s worth the stay. Not sure if I would pay a hefty price for a 1.5 bathroom again.

I would definitely come back to this place. Charming and perfect location and a lot of space for groups. The only suggestion I have is to put some sort of mat in the downstairs bathtub. It is VERY slippery and dangerous! Other than that it was perfect!

Perfect house in downtown Napa!

We loved everything about this house- it was cozy, clean, comfortable, and in a great location! The backyard was so cute to hang out and have a drink and the house was stocked with anything we could need. Would definitely stay there again!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this property! It was so close to downtown Napa, we were able to walk to dinner - just a couple blocks away. Hot tub was great and the layout was great. Such charm and Personality!

A nice stay in Napa!

This is a cute, clean house that was very comfortable for our girls getaway! The beds were comfortable and it is within walking distance of downtown Napa.

Amazing house and location

The house is so cute and perfect for a getaway with friends and family. Each room is beautiful and clean, comfy beds, and the house is very well stocked with everything you need to cook and be happy and comfortable. The upstairs is like its own private suite with bathroom and kitchenette and suiting room. Definitely will stay here again. You can walk to downtown in less than 10 minutes!

There was a group of 6 of us on a Napa girls trip that has been over 10 years in the making! We had an amazing time. The home was perfect, loved the hot tub! Great for large groups & perfect location

We had 8 people and it was the perfect house for a group of that size. Cute backyard with hot tub and large table and grill. Kitchen and bathrooms have all of the necessary items you’ll need. Short 15-20 min walk to downtown area. Host communicated very well and was very nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Napa Home!

The home was simply perfection for the three nights we stayed. After wine tasting in the afternoons the Peet’s coffee was an EXTREMELY welcome perk( pun intended)each morning. The home and neighborhood were very comfortable and cozy. Loved it!

Perfect!

Loved this place! Quiet, cozy, welcoming, with plenty of kitchen supplies and the most comfortable beds. Hot tub was clean and well maintained and communication with the owner was easy and quick. Great location with easy walk to restaurants and shops. Loved the big outdoor table and front porch sitting area too, and it was nice to have a driveway to park in. Will definitely return!

I recently stayed at this charming house in Napa with a group of friends, and it exceeded all our expectations. Here are the highlights: Idyllic Backyard: The beautiful backyard was our favorite spot. We enjoyed every meal outdoors, surrounded by lush greenery and fresh air. Heavenly Hot Tub: After long days exploring Napa, the hot tub was a true godsend. Well-Equipped and Clean: The house had everything we needed. Easy Napa Town Access and Historic Living

Napa Cape is perfectly situated in a very quiet neighborhood, just a five minute walk to a few high-end restaurants and bars, and just a 12 minute walk into downtown Napa. Town/river trails can also be accessed with a short walk. Napa Cape is perfect for those that want a walkable base camp for incredible Napa town tastings/dining, yet easy (and quiet) road access for exploring Napa and Sonoma counties. There is a fab convenience store just a two minute walk away fully stocked with essentials and a staggering assortment of traditional Mexican ingredients and brands. The property is an historic "cape/craftsman" that is extremely well maintained and comfortable. The interior is cozy yet roomy enough for four or so people to live comfortably enough not to be tripping over each other. The backyard is essentially private and the covered back patio can offer a nice escape from hot, sunny days. The aromas from the lemon and orange trees along the driveway can be enchanting!

Dusty City

Rarely do I write a bad review but I feel that that patrons should accurately review properties. The house is cozy, yard cute, location perfect, BUT the house was so dusty that our enjoyment of the house was cut short. I was expecting a relaxing Napa birthday weekend for me and my partner but we ended up coming home with a cough. The dust was so bad we even considered coming home early. The first bedroom was unbearable to sleep in so we had to move to the purple bedroom because it had more windows that we had to leave open at night so we could breathe. The house has lots of fabric, jute rugs, wicker, nooks and crannies that trap dust if not cleaned properly and there was build-up everywhere. We chose this listing for its "cleanliness" rating however it was apparent this home had not been deeply cleaned for some time. The vents were THICK with dust and I was sick to my stomach from the dust and couldn’t use the heater because that’s when it got unbearable. The hot tub was not clean and had a smell that prevented me and my partner from using it. I am an experienced hot tub enthusiast and I can tell when a hot tub isn't clean because it smells... of skin and mildew, the water was THICK. We had to bathe immediately and did enjoy the claw foot tub and provided bath soak. We did travel with our puppy so we mostly wanted this listing because of its lovely yard as he hasn’t touched grass yet. The cherry on top of a disappointing trip was pup coming home with fleas. WOOF.
