R & R awaits you here on Dolphin Point. Beautiful places to sit and take in the harbor views, amble to the Gulf beaches, or just read a good novel at the pool. If that doesn't suit your mood, jump on the water taxi that picks you up on site, and voyage across the harbor to Destin Boardwalk. There you can parasail, rent a jet ski, take a dolphin cruise, have your choice of multiple bars and restaurants, and even take a ride on a zip line. Shopping? The outlets are just a short car ride away. Mini golf, museums, aquariums, and parks are all minutes from where you will stay. Destin has it all, and Dolphin Point is where to see it from.

I visited Destin for the first time 10 years ago and could not believe I had missed this beautiful piece of the Florida coast. If this is your first time visiting, I hope you enjoy it as much as I did and want to return. If you are a returning visit, welcome back., you know what I mean.
Why they chose this property
Holiday Isle offers beautiful beaches, safe walking sidewalks, and extraordinary homes to marvel at. It is meticulously cared for and is surrounded by the Gulf, the harbor, and the Bay. Fishing is easily accessible on the beach and the jetties...you don't need a boat. There is something for everyone on Holiday Isle.
What makes this property unique
Dolphin Point is unique in that it has the most green space on Holiday Isle. Although it is not on the Gulf, it is in easy walking distance to the beaches. What DP offers that is different from being on the Gulf is that the evening and night views continue to be spectacular with the lights of the harbor winking at you. You also typically have a larger living space for the money. Dolphin Point has multiple outdoor areas to sit and relax and enjoy the harbor activities. You also have access to the water taxi which can take you across the harbor to a plethora of activities, sports, and fun.
