Condo is located in Destin on exclusive Holiday Isle right on the gulf at the waters edge with 300 feet of private beach ( no street to cross). Its on the 6th floor and a great location in the building for the best views. Its one of the larger 1 bedroom units at Holiday Surf - very spacious at 750 sq. ft. The kitchen is newly upgraded and completely tiled (no carpet). The appliances are new. Amenities include a seasonal heated pool, sauna, tennis/ pickleball courts, shuffle board, activity room with Kitchen, exercise room.

Condo and overall property was very clean and staff helpful and friendly. The condo was perfect for our needs and we couldn’t have asked for a better host than Jeff. He even called to let us know it was ready should we want to check in earlier than 4:00. Condo was well stocked, the bed comfortable and there was a great view from the balcony. Only downside was if you bring your own beach chairs/umbrella you can’t set up on the front row. All properties had private beaches with first row being reserved for rental chairs which are expensive and quite close together. They are first come first serve and you can’t claim a specific spot for the week. So be prepared if that’s important to you. But all in all it was a great week and we enjoyed our stay here.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful week at Jeff’s condo! Jeff’s communication was great and check in was easy. Some of the things we liked most - the condo was super clean and smelled nice (no musty smell you get with some beach condos), the condo was more spacious than expected, the bed was very comfortable, and the jetty is short beach walk to stunning sunsets! We also really appreciated Jeff having a beach umbrella, boogie boards and other beach items to use. We’re already planning next year’s trip!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the view from this property is fantastic. Small things could be improved, but really had no issues besides the AC unit being programmed to run at certain temps. We were able to change it once it would switch, but I tried reaching out to owner via phone and email and never heard from him. Overall it was a good week.

The beach was amazing. It was so nice and peaceful sitting on the balcony listing to the waves at night as the moon shined down on the water. It was close to everything yet felt like you were in your private little oasis. The place was clean and had everything a person would need to make it an enjoyable getaway. Other than still waiting for a deposit refund, we cant brag enough about the place.
