Beautiful 2 bedroom condo in Incline Village. Balcony views of Lake Tahoe.
Located in Incline Village, NV near Diamond Peak. This condo is two levels. You enter on to the second floor with sweeping views of Lake Tahoe, a kitchen with all the amenities, bar seating, a dining table, and a comfortable living room with a pull out sofa. A balcony off the living room is the perfect place to enjoy a view of the lake.
The first floor has one master bedroom with a queen sized bed, television, master bath with a beautiful walk in shower, plenty of closet space and storage. The second bedroom also has a queen sized bed, closet space, and television. A second bathroom offers a shower/tub combination.
This unit is located near a Raley's grocery story and shopping center. Tahoe's famous Sand Harbor is also nearby.
This unit is a privately owned timeshare. Upon check in you will be asked for a credit card for incidentals.
Unfortunately the Incline Village beaches are private. You will find many beaches nearby, such as Sand Harbor, Hidden Beach, and Kings Beach.

Why they chose this property
Incline Village offers a more laid back feel than the glitz of South Lake Tahoe. There a many beaches, hiking trails, and biking trails nearby. A car is recommended for getting around.
What makes this property unique
This unit is an end unit, making the balcony feel more private. Please note that air conditioning is not available, but there are several fans. As a timeshare, we are the private owners, but it is managed by QM corporation. Daily housekeeping is not provided.
