The Downtown Moxie is a two bedroom, one and a half bath apartment on the fourth floor of the historic 1924 YMCA building. It is accessed by elevator from the main 2nd floor entrance or 1st floor rear entrance. The apartment has a very well equipped full kitchen, a bistro table for four people and a super comfortable chaise sofa. The main bedroom features a king size bed with USB phone charging lamps and blackout curtain. It also has an ensuite bathroom and a 50 inch LCD TV. The second bedroom/Office has a queen size pull out Lazy Boy couch with an ensuite half bath and 32 Inch smart TV. Free Validated Parking in managed lot directly across the street. Super convenient location!

The Downtown Moxie is located in the Theater District in the heart of downtown Winston-Salem. Seemingly endless restaurants and entertainment venues within walking distance! If you are really lucky and our hometown baseball team wins, you will be treated to an awesome fireworks show right outside of living room windows!
