This entire condo is located on the 1st floor of a historic building in the heart of downtown Winston-Salem. 1 free parking space is provided in a parking lot across from condo. Recently remodeled and fully furnished with three smart tv’s in living area and both bedrooms, electric fireplace, coffee bar, work space in secondary bedroom, washer/dryer in unit, speakers and more.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please make sure to leave keyfob in masterlock at backdoor entrance (to avoid $150 fee) and mix code. When closing unit door, please make sure it locks by pushing the Yale button at the top.
Trash bins are located outside of the condo building, turn right down the hall, then left, then out the doors. Doors lock behind you so be careful to not let it close behind you. Code 1986.

Check in was overwhelming at 1st, with all of the directions. Maybe I was a little excited to get my vaca started so there's that. Overall, my stay was fantastic. The place was exactly what was posted! I appreciated the fragrant atmosphere.

The shower head is too high you need a hand held shower head. No spoons in kitchen few more kitchen items.
