Bring the entire family to this serene getaway on Siesta Key! A short walk to Shell beach, this charming retreat offers over 4200 sq ft of space with all the comforts of home. Enjoy peaceful mornings in our lush garden poolside and vibrant sunsets at the beach. Perfect for families or a friends' escape. Experience the best of Siesta Key with nearby dining, shopping, and entertainment. There are four bedrooms plus a large bonus room with door, two sleeper sofas and a full en suite bathroom. With 5 full bathrooms total, each bedroom has its own bathroom. There is also a separate, designated office.

The master suite has its own separate wing of the home. The bed and bathroom are oversized with large walk in closet, enormous walk in shower, two vanities and garden tub. The jam room/game room is a great place for the family to gather and play games, music or enjoy a favorite movie together. There is a lot of covered and open patio space to enjoy the outdoors in privacy.

The location is prime, conveniently a short walk to Shell beach, just over the North bridge to Southside Village and downtown Sarasota & a short drive to Siesta Key Village. This area of Sarasota allows for weekly stays, per City ordinance.

Great house and pool close to siesta key

We had a great time staying here. The property was exactly as described - really spacious and great outdoor space for bbqing and swimming. We used the beach chairs which came in handy. Siesta village is about a 7 min drive away and had great restaurants. James was really responsive and helpful when needed. Would definitely recommend this property.

Weekend Getaway

We had a great time celebrating my friend's bachelorette party at the Siesta Key pool palace! James and family were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. When we first arrived there was an issue with the AC, however James had someone out there within an hour to resolve the issue. The beach that is walking distance is small and more of a private beach. We only had an issue with the pull out couches which weren't the most stable. Overall a wonderful stay and gorgeous home!

Beautiful home

We stayed here for my daughter’s 14 birthday. She and her friends had a great time! The home was lovely, and very clean. Everything we could possibly need or want during our stay was provided. My only complaint was that we only booked for one night! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home with us, and making my daughter’s birthday special!

The overall beauty and elegance is breath taking. We got in a little early. The heated pool and spa was ready for us to dip into. We got to control them through a home app. Beds were super comfy, fell asleep in minutes. Bathrooms and showers were spotless. So much room it was really to big for the 4 of us but we had the best war room for company meetings. Check them out.

The house is big and beautiful as described. The kitchen is well equipped, all clean inside the home, bed linen and towels included beach towels perfect. Location is great. The mini beach near the home ideal for sunset lovers and fishing and relax. Siesta key beach 4 min driving, Home at excellent location, near everything. The outdoor is good, we had some issues the first day with the pool hater, however the host sent a guy to fix it, the same with the garage door for our second car. At first we thought were concerned because we did not receive the Check in instructions until the noon of the first day while traveling after several calls, but the host answered when VRBO sent an email and then all was easy and we could keep in touch each other without more issues. The major problem we had was staying outside due to the mosquitoes. They had repellent for us to use however it was hard to stay outside even in the pool. Suggestions: -fumigate/ decrease mosquitos growth sources like plants and water containers. - shower gel, shampoo. In general we were happy and had a great vacation for our 10 people group. We do recommend the house for a good vacation near a great beach and town. Thank you for all the assistance provided.

I'm from Rhode Island originally, went to college at Eckerd in St Pete and have lived in Sarasota for more than 10 years. My wife is a native. We are both involved in our community and my wife works with at risk youth. We are well traveled and enjoy sharing the best of Sarasota with others!
