Cabin was clean and as described. Location was as described and right by the river but sadly was pretty rainy our whole trip so we didn’t get to explore too much. Only hiccup was that we got in late and the door code did not work, but John was quick to respond and fix the issue. Would come back again!

Great location!

The cabins are a nice size and the location can't be beat. It's quiet and right on the river, but close enough to the state park and other towns.

Clean, cozy, and quiet

Cabins are little close together but that isn't a huge deal. The river is right there, the cabins are well maintained, and the area is quiet and very near the state park.

If you are visiting the State Park or the Bend, TX area and need reasonably priced accommodations, I highly recommend these wonderful cabins! Our cabin was spotlessly clean, with new appliances, cooking utensils and bed linens furnished. They are pet friendly too. Access to the back grounds, adjacent to the Colorado River, are gorgeous, with a hammock, ample seating areas, several fire pits and a fish cleaning station. It's just amazing for visitors like us, who do not have a camp trailer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Mini trip

The property was enjoyable, and while the weather was less than ideal, a return visit is anticipated. Communication with the property manager was excellent.

Birthday Bash

I took my son here for his 8th birthday, the location is literally perfect, right down the road from the park itself and right on the river? Could not have asked for anything better. John was our host and made it absolutely wonderful to be here, the cabin was in perfect condition. All in all we are DEFINITELY rebookin!!!

The cabin itself was clean and comfortable, and it had most of what we needed for our stay. It’s a functional place rather than a luxury retreat, but it served its purpose well. One thing that would have been helpful to know ahead of time is that the cabins are located very close to the road, and there isn’t much usable outdoor property unless you walk down the stairs. The picture of the entry with the picnic table is misleading. It is not that spacious. This may be important for guests with mobility concerns.Overall, a clean and practical stay.
