Welcome to this newly remodeled bright gem in the village of Depew. Perfect for anyone who wishes to be close to most of what Buffalo has to offer! Spacious enough for a family and not too overwhelming for the traveling professional. This house has everything you need to feel like you are at home.

Two bedrooms both upstairs, one king size bed and one a queen size bed. Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer and full bathroom with bathtub.

The house is located on a fully fenced in double lot with a one car garage and space for two more cars on the lot.

5 minutes walking distance to Raffertys and Sals bar and grill. And 10 minute walk to El Amigo Mexican and Vargos Pizzeria.

A few minutes away by car is a wonderful nature reserve called Reinstein woods that is highly recommended to visit for a peaceful walk in nature and within the same distance you will find Como Lake Park for a wonderful time outdoors.

Conveniently located less than 10 minutes to the Buffalo Niagara airport, 15 minutes to ECMC, 10 minutes to Walden Galleria, 30 minutes to Niagara Falls and 25 minutes to Six Flags Darien Lake, 15 minutes to KeyBank Center, 20 minutes to Highmark Stadium.

Home comfortably sleeps four, but we can accommodate six with couch on the first floor livingroom which converts to a full bed.
