Our two-bedroom lower apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with a flat screen TV and stay cool with central air conditioning. We provide free Wi-Fi, a backyard patio for those summer nights and street parking. Only a 10-minute drive to the Buffalo Bills stadium and 10 minutes from downtown Buffalo. Great value in a cool area!

Our host communicated everything we needed timely. The property was clean and we had a fun time exploring South Buffalo.

Property is outdated with furniture and fixtures, had musty smell throughout, only one television to share, and temperature is uncomfortable throughout. If it wasn't for these things this place would be a 10 all day. It is so spacious and Brian is attentive.

Stayed for a concert at HighMark

Property is a great location for an event at HighMark Stadium. House was clean. The house has some ware and tare but overall worked out great for what we needed. Back patio wasn’t setup when we were there. The price was right for the property.

Great holiday week stay!

Loved this property! It’s an older building, like all are in South Buffalo, but the charm was amazing and the size was perfect for my wife and I. Plenty of street parking and friendly neighbors upstairs. Would stay again!!

Was as advertised. Attentive host. Good distance to stadium if you are headed to Buffalo for football. Clean place and well stocked for your trip away from home.

Enjoyable stay

Well-maintained for an older building, we were comfortable, and location wasn’t too bad for where we needed to go during our stay. Nice, quiet neighborhood also. There was a slight centipede presence in one of the bedroom closets, but did not bother us other than being noticed, and we didn’t use that closet at all anyway. Overall a pretty pleasant stay

S. Buffalo Weekend Stay

We had a very quick stay. Everything was great. Plenty of utensils and supplies in the kitchen. Very quiet street. Parking was not an issue with an F150. Only 10-15 minutes from the center of Buffalo and Highmark Stadium and 25-30 away from Niagara Falls. Great spot to stay for a weekend in Buffalo.
