420 Friendly 3 bedroom upstairs apartment. Street parking only.

This ~1300 sq ft. 3bedroom 1 bath apartment is minutes from downtown Buffalo NY full of entertainment . Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. House is on a quiet residential street with limited street parking. Very friendly neighborhood.

Main bedroom features a queen size bed with a 44 inch smart TV. The other 2 bedrooms feature twin size beds each with a 42" Roku Smart TV. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances and cookware available. Free Wi-Fi provided. Covered front porch with patio furniture. A/C available. 50" inch Roku smart TV in living room as well. HEPA filter air purifiers in dining and living room.

I live downstairs. Lock boxes ensure there’s no need to coordinate schedules for self check in.

Home is cleaned and sanitized after every stay.

No cigarette smoking in apartment, outdoor on covered porch only.

420 friendly consuming inside apartment.

Security cameras available for safety on premises.

Great place, excellent comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen and accurate description. The time limited access code for check-in was a stress inducer for us, as we experienced delays getting to the property after a very long drive and some car trouble, but communication with the host was great, so ultimately not a big problem.
