If you are looking for a relaxed or romantic vacation then Marbella is the perfect place.
Our amazing beach condo is only 20 minutes away from Las Americas airport and 40 minutes from the capital of Santo Domingo. Ocean front facing the beautiful crystal blue waters of the caribbean sea with breathtaking views of sunrises and sunsets.
Featuring two bedroom condo. Master bedroom with a king size bed, 32'' TV. Guest bedroom with two full size beds and two twin beds that accommodates four persons, private balcony, central air conditioner, washer & dryer, living room with 52'' TV, WiFi - Fiber Optic with 50 Mbps, cable TV & fully equipped kitchen.
Also the apartment comes with an assigned underground parking which we allow our guests to use in case of having a vehicle. Marbella won’t allow guests to park a vehicle in the complex unless is assigned like ours. Those apartments without reserved parking must park outside of the complex or the Plaza Marbella far from the towers.
Amenities: restaurant, 24/7 security, playground, fitness center, 2 infinity pools w/ jacuzzis.

Great off resort option.

Wanted to get away from the comercial Americanized resorts, this condo was perfect. Lots of restaurants near by serving local dishes. Not a lot of options for cooking yourself, if you plan on doing that grab groceries in Santo Domingo before you leave.

Our month in Juan Dolio was amazing! Giovanni was incredibly responsive and helpful. The apartment was the perfect place for our family. The staff at the Marbella were really friendly, and the grounds were always clean and well maintained. The beach was a great place to swim, as were the pools.

Perfect stay

We had an amazing time at Marbella, the grounds are beautiful and clean. The beach is amazing. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very secure and well located close to all restaurants. We will recommend this place to family and friends as we will definitely come back in the near future. Thank you Marbella for making our stay a memorable one. Everything was as described, booking was easy and the host was very friendly and cooperative.

My sister and I enjoyed a relaxing getaway at this property. It was clean and the host was very communicative and helpful. Check-in was a breeze. The views were gorgeous and we enjoyed the beach and pool very much. This is one of several places we've stayed at Marbella and one of the nicest. Recommended.

Check in/out was easy and the apartment has everything you need for a family vacation. In addition you have plenty of restaurants across the street and It’s only about 50 min for the capital, 14 min from San Pedro. Planning to rent again!

We just returned from Juan Dolio, Dominican Republic for a 40th birthday celebration. I would give this a 4.5 star if it let me. Giovanni's condo was exactly what we were looking for, we had a little bit of a hiccup when we first arrived on Sunday but Giovanni did everything to make it right. We were able to check in Monday morning had a wonderful week, beautiful grounds well-maintained, clean beach and beautiful water. Everything is within walking distance, we ate at some good restaurants and met some great people. It was a great experience and we will be returning. Rodney Dickinson
