Home features 2 bedrooms on main level with full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms in basement with two bathrooms with walkout. 4 full baths(master with jetted tub). All rooms have TV's with 4 King Size beds & 1 queen bed. Clubhouse with game room, playground, and small workout area. Two Zero entry pools with a splash pad (a short walk up the street). Basketball court. Big screen TV's with DVD players in family room and basement entertainment area. Bedrooms have Roku available for streaming. PS4 in basement entertainment area and many board games to play in house along with a game table. Back deck with a grill with a table and umbrella. Branson Canyon Nature Trail. Basement family room with one sleeper sofa and one twin futon. Great room has cathedral ceilings. Kitchen is fully stocked with many extras! Home does have a slope to the driveway and has two parking spots with overflow parking just down the street. Overflow parking map will be provided before arrival. We are very excited about our Hawk's Nest home and look forward to you sharing it with us.

Enjoyable stay

Property was clean, and located in a quiet neighborhood. Owner was very responsive to minor issues that arose, and overall the stay was great. House is outstanding, and located (in our opinion) close enough to all the tourist activities in Branson, yet far away to enjoy peaceful, quiet evenings.

Great place to stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Close to all of the attractions. The pools were great for the kids and just a short walk! Loved everything about this place. We were celebrating our 50 wedding anniversary with our kids and grandkids.

Extended Family Get-Together

Great venue for extended family of up to 14 people. Clean, well furnished with not just sleeping quarters, but also with kitchen necessities and other amenities.

Awesome home!!!

This is the third straight year my family has stayed at this beautiful home. The location is excellent, the kitchen is nicely equipped, and the home layout is perfect for extended family staying together. We will be back again next year😃

Perfect place!

We absolutely loved this property! The location was excellent for all we had planned to do. The house itself had every amenity we could want. We had a couple of things that we had to contact the owner about and he responded quickly and with the help we needed. I would highly recommend this property!

Perfect place for us!

We loved our stay here. The house is well appointed with everything you might need, along with a selection of board games and dvds. Beds were comfy and there was more than enough room for all of us. I love the huge dining table! The hosts were great and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house was incredibly efficient and met all of our needs. We had eight adults and three kiddos and had plenty of space. We cooked many meals at the house and really only needed the food, lol, and if we wanted a particular spice. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and would definitely go back to the same house again.

Great Large Family Home!

Great place to stay for a large family. Lots of room to spread-out. Supersized dining table was fantastic. The pool was very nice and well kept. Drawback - The driveway is steep and limited to 2 cars. Any extra cars had to park down the street on a cul-de-sac or near the pool club house. I would highly recommend this property!

Great place to celebrate my father’s 70th birthday

We had a great first experience in the Branson area with this rental and property manager. The house was perfect for a group with spacious bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. The large kitchen table was perfect for family dinners and game playing. We were conveniently close to all of the Big Cedar attractions which was important to us. The house was very clean and in good shape. It was perfect for making family memories.

Beautiful House

This was our second time renting this house for our annual girls trip. The house is beautiful and has plenty of room for a large group, the extra long dining table is so nice. The house was clean, well stocked and just a short walk to the subdivision pools. It’s also just a short drive to all the Branson attractions on the main strip and also very close to the lake. The owners are phenomenal!! We plan to book this house again next year, we love it so much!

Best stocked unit ever

We did alot of cooking and this was best stocked unit ever , to make the unit more enjoyable i would Highly recommend a recliner in the main living area . The beds and pillows could use an update and were a tad bit uncompfortable , but we made it and great accomodations ! John was quick to reapind to questions and an exceptional host !!!

the place was very clean,quiet, and very nice. the host was very nice and accommodating . we were allowed to ck in a little early, which was nice after long drive. we didn't get to use pool because weather cooler. day of check out was raining alittle and we were allowed to check out a bit later. i would highly recommend this place.

This property is perfect for a family get away. The host supplys EVERYTHING you need. Just bring your clothes and toothbrush! Traveling with young kids typically means packing up half the house, but that's not the case here. There were plenty of beach towels, kid pool floaties, outside toys/games, a high chair, a baby gate, a fully stocked kitchen including dinnerware for your small children, and the list goes on and on. The pool was perfect, spacious, including a spash pad for the babies and a 0 entry shallow end for the toddlers. The pool, playground, and club house were all walking distance from the house. The location is just far enough out of Branson to feel secluded, but close enough to enjoy all the Branson fun. The house itself was cleaned spotless, and has the coziness of a mountain side cabin in the middle of the ozarks hills. The host was quick to answer the few questions I had, and was very accommodating during our say. We highly recommend this home, and hope you enjoy it as much as we did! P.S did I mention that the fresh baked cookies upon arrival were delicious! Because they were!

Great house very well stocked

The house was great we had a small problem with the ac I contacted the owner and he responded right away and a tech came out. This house was the most stocked house I have ever stayed in. Very well stocked kitchen. The 2 subdivision pools were very nice.

Upon our arrival we were greeted with a plate of baked cookies on the kitchen counter. The home had everything we needed and more for our week stay. The kids had plenty of space and we all enjoyed the community pool. This VRBO was not far from Branson and Top of the Rock.I would defiantly recommend this property for family vacations. I am a retired school teacher and coach high school baseball and did coach high school softball. My wife and I have 3 children and one grandchild and we currently live in the Kansas City, MO area. I grew up in Southwest Missouri and my wife in Kansas City.

Why they chose this property

We have vacationed in the Branson area for the last 30+ years and purchased a vacation home that will accommodate our family. We stayed in the Branson Canyon area one fall and fell in love with it. This home will allow us and those who rent it to enjoy the Branson area for many years to come!

What makes this property unique

With three children and two who are married and eventually their families, this home can accommodate all of us with also some of their friends and family members. We have tried to stock the kitchen with everything a family would need to cook during their vacation if they choose to do so. This house is close to the Branson Landing, Table Rock Lake, many Golf Courses, and Silver Dollar City, but still has a lodge type of appeal.
