Our stay was great!

We were there for almost a week and everything was as described. The kids loved the pools, the community is less than 10 minutes from downtown Branson, and the parking was good.

Enjoyed our stay. Please check the drain in the bathroom by kitchen, very slow. Also front right burner on stove does not work. The bed in the upstairs bedroom needs to be replaced my daughter and her husband were very uncomfortable. Overall we were pleased. These are things that we felt needed attention.

Great place to stay near Branson!

Everything was great! This property housed a large family and was spaced out nicely. The game room in the basement was excellent for the kids. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice getaway!

Branson Time

The house was very convenient for our stay. Everyone was able to have their own areas and plenty of space to be together. We loved the hot tub and the multiple bathrooms. It was a great experience.

Great location for family fun

We had a great time getting together with family who live within driving distance of the rental property. It was enough space for us to get together, close enough for us to go into town and visit Silver Dollar City and go play mini golf. Great trip for family fun.

Perfect location

When we go to Branson we like to hang out on the strip as well as dine at Big Cedar. This house was in the perfect location! We had 2 families traveling together and the house layout was great. There was plenty of space for everyone.

A Fantastic Getaway for Our Family

We had a great time at this house! There were 10 of us staying here and we had plenty of space. We all enjoyed the games and movie space downstairs. We also enjoyed using the kitchen and dining area. They have a crockpot and griddle. The only thing we didn’t find in the kitchen was a baking sheet but there were glass dishes we could bake on. I hope we can stay here again someday.

GORGEOUS!!

This was our second time to stay at this lovely home! My sisters and I take our elderly aunts to Branson every year, and this year they begged to stay at the same place! We had a blast with them, playing cards and just enjoying each other in this lovely home. We will be back for as long as they are able to make it! Thank you for wonderful loaf of bread you had waiting for us!! It was a fantastic time!

Great property, great communication

The house was beautiful. Plenty of room for the whole family. Any time I communicated with the owner, I got a reply immediately. There were a couple of things missing in the house that we needed and when asked about them it was taken care of very quickly! That speaks volumes!!

Disappointing house needs TLC and Safety issues addressed.

The house was roomy, clean, and nicely decorated. The three-level house had only one HVAC unit. The lower floor was always cold, the main level was comfortable, and the upper level was too hot to sleep. The ceiling fan on the upper floor did not work. The staircase railing between the main level and lower level was pulling away from the wall, creating a safety issue. The threshold into the main floor bedroom had exposed carpet tacks which were stepped on several times. The furniture was worn out and uncomfortable, with several pieces broken. All the mattresses were worn out, and the memory foam pads did not make them any more comfortable. The pillows were flat, barely two inches thick. The Air Hockey table was wobbly and didn't produce much air. The refrigerator had broken shelves. One of the large burners on the stove top didn't work. Several toilets were hard to flush. An AC Outlet on the main floor had burn marks on it. We have been a VRBO customer for many years and up till now have had good experiences with the properties that we rented. This was our Son-in-law 's first and probably last VRBO rental. He was very upset with the condition of the property, as were we. There were several other nuisances in the house, but these were the worst items. In summation, the condition of this house needs to be examined, and issues addressed.

Awesome home for a large gathering!!

We had such a wonderful time at Canyon Rock Lodge and hope to return soon! Our family of 14 (muliple groups) fit perfectly well. The 5 bathrooms really helped with each bedroom basically having their own. We loved the King Suite upstairs as it was the only room on the top level and we could "escape". Lol. Cool walking trails along a serene creek right behind the property. Close to the lake although when we were there the access road was flooded. The kids had a wonderful time "playing" in the flooded street. Only about 10-15 minutes from "The strip". Sure beat staying in a bunch of separate hotel rooms and only socializing when we were out. The foosball and air hockey we super fun for our competitive family. Great TV's although we didn't watch much. Nice large seating area on main level off kitchen was great for card games, Yahtzee, and breakfast in the morning. Two nice screened in decks, one on each level. One of the comments from my sister in law was "I wish we could stay for a week, it's so nice here". As far as the owners, they couldn't have been any more accommodating. Lisa and Jason were super helpful with ideas of where to eat, and how to get places. They also answered immediately whenever we had any questions. I would definitely grab this one up as you are looking through all of these houses. Believe me I searched and searched before choosing this one but I am glad we did! I grew up in central PA and went to Penn State University where I majored in Accounting. After college, I went to work for IBM for 9 years. I left corporate and started my own real estate company 27 years and have been buying properties even since. I started buying vacation rentals in Branson Canyon. I feel in love with the town and the development. I own 7 homes in Branson Canyon and they range from a 4BR to a 7BR. I love decorating them and making each one unique so they can provide a great place for families to have an awesome vacation.

Why they chose this property

Canyon Rock Lodge is special to me because it offers two living areas - one on the main level and one downstairs. It also came with a nice patio that I was able to add a Brand New 6 person Tuscany Hot Tub to help guests relax and unwind. I upgraded all the comforters with top of the line Donna Sharp Bedding and 1000 count sheets.

The home has everything in the kitchen that a family would need. Crock Pot , Griddle, Mixer, Blender, ect.

I own the home next door that is a 7 bedroom. Both homes could be booked for a large group to have 12 bedrooms.
