Perfect little getaway

perfect spot right in front of the beach, you could here the waves crashing at nighttime with the windows open! Plenty of towels and supplies. My only comment is that there was no broom which I'd have liked to brush away the sand, but otherwise I managed perfectly!

Great stay with nice ocean view

Me and my friend really enjoyed our stay at this condo and enjoyed the resort. It was my birthday weekend and it was a very relaxing weekend. The only thing that I would recommend is getting larger towels, because the ones that were in the condo, we're a bit small for a more curvy lady like myself. Other than that everything was perfect

Unsatisfactory Rental

First, the property management turned out to be great! They refunded most of my money. But, the property itself was not as advertised. Looked nothing like the photos that must have been taken years ago. Rental was run down. There was black all over the ceiling and it looked like mold. I have asthma and could not stay there.

Room did not match description

Room did NOT look like the picture First off! Smells old, cracks all over the balcony and to top it off you had to pick up and hang all towels, if the correct channels\port on TV wasn't on they would charge you, spoon out of place they would charge you, plug anything I guess you would get charged. We almost clean EVERYTHING to make sure we weren't charged! I'm all for cleanliness and helping others, but I go on vacation so I DONT CLEAN after myself like I do at home. I would not recommend

I apologize that room did not meet your expectations, note that the unit is expected to have a normal wear and tear which is common for all rental properties, and for any confusion regarding the cleanliness policy it is the suggested guide we send for all guests, but you will not be charged in any sort of way unless you stained or damage anything in the unit. We strive to maintain our properties to the highest standards, and your comments will be taken into consideration as we to improve. While we do ask our guests to assist in keeping the space tidy, I understand that vacation should feel relaxing, and I’m sorry if that was not your experience.
