This top-floor, one-bedroom/one-bath condo features a great view overlooking a park and the beach.

Sheets are provided, bath towels, wash clothes, dish towels and toiletries are not.

Great location! Perfect view of the ocean and the strip. Loved the security on site all the time and the garage to park our bikes at night. Neighbor was a live in and very friendly. I will definitely try to get this place again.

It was manageable

Not a great area they let anyone stay in the building… constantly smelled weed… drunk people throwing and busting bottles in the road and screaming and security didn’t care. Room was okay quiet out dated. Won’t stay here again but glad I had the opportunity.

Just barely good enough

This place was okay for a quick trip to the beach with an “okay” room. Most definitely needs some updating & a good cleaning. There was a smell in the bathroom that smelled like cat urine! We had to keep the door shut the whole time or it filled the whole area. Also the toilet seat was cracked, looked to maybe have been taped at some point BUT a new toilet seat can be purchased at Walmart for less than $20. A lamp in the living room had nothing but the outlet prongs, so of course could not use. Lighting was poor as a whole. The overhead lights were there but didn’t work. As stated it was “good enough” but probably wouldn’t stay again. Maybe if the owner stayed there, the need for easy fixes could be completed with minimal cost.

Great Stay!

It’s a cozy little condo in the heart of the south side of Myrtle Beach Oceanfront. One of the best features of this condo is the view from the balcony. You also have access to the main hotel amenities and pools. The main hotel has many indoor and outdoor pools. Also access to parking right on the premises. I’ve been to Myrtle beach twice now and this is by far the best experience yet. I will come back soon and try to stay here again and in the future.

I liked the location. The washer and dryers on this side didn't work so had to carry laundry across the street to wash it. The main light in the bedroom didn't work. The cabinet door fell off. It is very roomy and worked perfect for my family. The location was amazing. Definitely would rent this spot agian
