This is a charming home in a quiet neighborhood. The location was great as we were visiting family nearby. The game room brought a sense of nostalgia which was fun and we enjoyed the outdoor space. The home had what we needed. This was our second time staying here and look forward to returning

Great place to stay for going to a concert at Riverbend! Easy Uber ride to venue. The house was cozy and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the covered back porch area with swing with gas firepit. We played in the game area. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed this house. It was comfortable, very clean, kitchen was nicely stocked with pots/pans/utensils that made things very convenient. The grill was a welcomed tool and we enjoyed the backyard areas. This house worked for us. The host was very kind and we appreciated her communication.

Place was clean and convenient to go to Riverbend for a concert. We were traveling with friends and was very disappointed that there were no darts for the dart board and the basketball game was not working- the game room was part of the reason we booked this site.

House is a little rough. Ants in kitchen. Back yard is not usable if there has been any rain. Cabinets in kitchen were dirty inside and paint chipped off doors. Outdoor carpet dirty and outside chairs in bad condition

The outdoor areas, including the backyard carpet, were affected by recent torrential rainfall in the Cincinnati area, which temporarily impacts usability despite routine maintenance. The property provides eight outdoor seating options; one chair was found broken after checkout and has already been replaced. Outdoor furniture is maintained regularly. Ant control is performed on a routine basis. Occasional insects can still occur, particularly during periods of heavy rain and humidity. The kitchen cabinets have minor cosmetic wear, including small chips, which are scheduled for touch-up between reservations. I am a Superhost on Airbnb and maintain exceptional ratings across platforms including Airbnb and Bookings.com.

Very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Wasn’t expecting the trundle bed in the second bedroom, but was manageable. Late night bathroom visits were somewhat challenging for the person sleeping in the upper bed.
