About this property

Elegant, Downtown 2-Bedroom Apartment. Recently updated. Center of downtown.

This popular downtown apartment has just been refreshed! New paint, updated bedding and furniture, a new smart TV, new washer/dryer, and new amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. This is a 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit with stainless appliances, wood floors, and slate tile. The open plan between kitchen and living room is great for gathering and entertaining. The comfortable living room includes a large new SmartTV and a charming freestanding gas fireplace. There’s also a new loveseat with comfortable full-sized pull-out bed for your extra guest or kids. There is a walk-in closet with a new washer/dryer (December 2025), and plenty of closet storage -- including shoe racks. The main entry also has a generous closet for coats and gear.

Our location is ideal in downtown Sandpoint, within walking distance of favorite coffee shops, City Beach, the Marina, all the downtown restaurants, live music, wine bars, and shopping including outdoor gear and bike shops, and lots of gift and antiques shops. In the summer, enjoy Sandpoint's lively farmer's market just down the street with local produce, crafts and live music. Biking and walking paths are also accessible within a couple of blocks from the front door. Please note that the apartment is right downtown, in the heart of everything, which is about as urban as Sandpoint gets! Our guests love the location for its convenience and access, but if you are looking for waterfront or mountain views, this is probably not the place for you!

Did you know Sandpoint has a free local bus? There's a SPOT bus stop only about a block away from the apartment, and you can ride it to Schweitzer’s Red Barn to catch the shuttle to the village. With Schweitzer’s increased terrain and visitors, this is a great way to avoid the parking hassle on the mountain!

And while we offer a great location to walk or bike from, off-street parking for your own vehicle is included, giving you freedom to get up to Schweitzer or access more remote hiking areas or day-trip locations.

Cute little apartment, in downtown. Excellent location, a little odd though because you’re in a parking lot, but it was very, very convenient to everything nearby. It was a fairly big space, bed was comfortable. Not a ton of extra amenities so if you’re headed here, make sure you pick up coffee at the grocery store before you head to the apartment.

The location is great, you can walk anywhere in town. We came in by train and it was a quick walk and easy to locate. Plenty of space to stretch out and perfectly clean. Check in was simple and the host doesn't require any unexpected check out requirements.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was absolutely perfect—right downtown and within walking distance of everything. Because of that, it could get a little noisy at times, but that’s to be expected in such a central spot. The home was very well-stocked with plenty of towels and a kitchen that had everything we needed. The only downside was the couch, which wasn’t the most comfortable for relaxing, but overall the space was clean, convenient, and exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely stay again!

My wife and I lived in this great apartment when we first moved to Sandpoint. it was once a restaurant and we completely refinished it to be a downtown metro-feel apartment that we could enjoy. It's close to great food and bars and it super comfortable. We loved being in the middle of everything downtown in this great small town!

While we lived in the apartment while we re-finished our craftsman house in south Sandpoint. We moved here from Washington DC and before that - San Francisco.

We'd love to have you as our guests!
