Santa Rosa House

While the property is very modern and cool, the condition overall was a little disappointing plus we had issues with the air conditioning while we were there. The owners were very easy to communicate with and did try to fix the issue but it was never totally resolved during our stay.

Spacious and very interesting house; well appointed and fantastic views - unfortunately some of the glass windows were "smokey," preventing one from enjoying the views fully. For a house of this size, there were only two showers, and they were both inside bedrooms. It was a bit awkward for the other guests to traipse through the bedrooms to get to the showers. It would have been great to have another showering option outside of the bedrooms. There is an elevator in the house, but it was not accessible, making it difficult for the elderly members of the family to climb the steep stairs (and would be a concern for small children as well)
