Rough Start, finished better. The house was very warm when we arrived, AND the Thermostat was set to 84 degrees!!! Thank God, he had 3-4 hours before bedtime to cool it down some... Then, we had to request the WIFI password? This really should have been provided when the door code was provided. Once we got the air down to 70-72, the rest of the trip was nice.

We provide a detailed digital guidebook in the check-in notes, which includes everything from directions and the Wi-Fi password to instructions for appliances and the Google Nest thermostat. These resources are there to ensure a smooth arrival experience, and past guests have found them very helpful. It seems that the check in notes may not have been reviewed on your end before you arrived, which is why the information wasn’t immediately clear. We encourage all guests to go through the guidebook prior to arrival, as it prevents exactly this type of inconvenience.
