Spring break 2025

Had a great stay but tried to reach owner a few times and never heard back. Still a great condo though.

Our stay

Overall, the condo was nice. It was very clean as well. I do wish I would have been told that the owners use a third party to oversee everything. We have stayed at Las Palomas many times and not knowing “casago” was the management company for this unit was definitely frustrating. There was no mention of the lack of services in the listing. Beginning with check in at a different location, and having to wash our own towels was not what I expected. When we go stay at las Paloma’s, one of the things we love is clean, fresh beach towels as much as we need, as well as towels inside. I did not love having to wash our own towels nor did I like the fact that we were only supplied with 4 beach towels when I specified there were 5 people staying at the property. In addition, they did not offer the same daily cleaning service that Las Palomas management includes. We were charged the same amount for a lot less services. I will definitely do my research about who is the management company moving forward.

We do our best to ensure that guests are aware of the management arrangement at check-in, but I understand how this could have been frustrating for you. Regarding the towel service, we inform guests at check-in that the property follows different service protocols than Las Palomas, including the policy on washing towels. While we strive to provide a comfortable experience, I understand that this aspect was not what you expected. We will certainly review how we communicate these details in our listing and during the reservation process to ensure clearer expectations. Additionally, I regret the oversight with the beach towels and will ensure this is corrected for future guests.
