Spacious and luxurious, this two bedroom condominium brings together everything that makes a comfortable getaway destination. Highlights include the spacious balcony, well appointed kitchen, intimate bath in the main bathroom, and leather sofas in the living room.
Condominium features:

~ Dining table for six

~ Two bedroom condominium. The master bedroom is on the oceanside, and has a King sized bed. There is a walk in closet, TV, and a private bathroom. Sliding glass doors open onto the balcony with its large dining table. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, dresser, TV, writing desk, and closet as well. The hall bathroom is done in rich granite tile with vanity sinks and a shower stall.

~The main bathroom has a double sink vanity, large mirror, enclosed shower, and a raised bathtub.

~ The kitchen offers high wood cabinets, mew modern appliances, lots of counter space, complete cookware, and an L shaped granite counter that accommodates three upholstered bar stools.

~ A separate utility room has a sink, and washer/dryer.

~ The living room presents two leather sofas, one a love seat and the other a fold out bed. There is also a TV, and an electric fireplace.

~ The balcony brings together two padded chaise lounge chairs, along with a tiled dining table with access from the living room as well as the main bedroom.

Enjoy Sandy Beach in Rocky Point from this comfortable individual condominium. The Resort boasts great large swimming pools, a water slide. Lazy rive, and two swim up bars. Our stay

Overall, the condo was nice. It was very clean as well. I do wish I would have been told that the owners use a third party to oversee everything. We have stayed at Las Palomas many times and not knowing “casago” was the management company for this unit was definitely frustrating. There was no mention of the lack of services in the listing. Beginning with check in at a different location, and having to wash our own towels was not what I expected. When we go stay at las Paloma’s, one of the things we love is clean, fresh beach towels as much as we need, as well as towels inside. I did not love having to wash our own towels nor did I like the fact that we were only supplied with 4 beach towels when I specified there were 5 people staying at the property. In addition, they did not offer the same daily cleaning service that Las Palomas management includes. We were charged the same amount for a lot less services. I will definitely do my research about who is the management company moving forward.

We do our best to ensure that guests are aware of the management arrangement at check-in, but I understand how this could have been frustrating for you. Regarding the towel service, we inform guests at check-in that the property follows different service protocols than Las Palomas, including the policy on washing towels. While we strive to provide a comfortable experience, I understand that this aspect was not what you expected. Additionally, I regret the oversight with the beach towels and will ensure this is corrected for future guests.
