Love the location and the house was beautiful. Couple problems coffee maker did not work, ice maker was not working properly. The welcome book was great for numbers to different things you would need. Overall a great place.

On the river front and a nice walk to view all the shops, hotels and restaurants. Good location and far enough away to also have a quiet stay. Very clean and spacious for 5 adults. Nice get away and I would recommend this property.

We loved this property! The location was excellent. The furnishings were in great condition. We loved the patio furniture (and would love to know where it was purchased!). Our only complaint is that there was an ant problem in the front upstairs bedroom, specifically around the faucet and some floorboards.

Pleasant Stay

We had a few issues. The mattress in the 1st floor bedroom needs to be replaced. It wasnt as comfortable as the other 2 bedrooms. The refrigerator went out while we were there but it was fixed right away. Last thing my husband saw and killed roach in the kitchen area. Suggest extermination be done in that area. Didnt see them anywhere else in the townhouse. Also no dressers in 1st floor bedroom or the second bedroom on 3rd floor. Need more towel racks in the main 3 bathrooms.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental is located in a wonderful area. Unit is nice and comfortable, everything one needs for a great stay. Cons: Garage is filled with furniture you have to navigate around. Plus, many antiques in the house but a few smell like moth balls. Unfortunately, that's what you smell when you open the door. The 1st floor bedroom also smells of moth balls. I'm not sure I'd rent or recommend this unit again unless those issues are remediated.
