Every bedroom is designed for comfort + privacy, with its own ensuite bathroom, Smart TV, and luxury bedding including both a King Koil and Stearns & Foster mattress.

- Primary Suite (King) – Features a luxury medium feel King Koil mattress, plush bedding, and a spa-like ensuite bath with shower only. Located on the 3rd floor.
- Queen Bedroom Upstairs – Warm and inviting, with a soft, comfortable mattress and tub/shower combo ensuite bath. Located on the 3rd floor.
- Queen Bedroom Downstairs – A quiet retreat, with a luxurious Stearns and Foster queen size mattress and tub/shower combo ensuite bath.

Great location! Very new and clean. Host provided essentials (hand soap, dishwasher pellets, extra trash bags, cooking utensils/pans etc). I am used to bringing all the random items like pan spray or foil etc, but it was a nice surprise to have a host actually have so many odds and ends available. Worst part of a stay can be running to a store every time u realize you need something for one or two uses and don’t have it. This was the best stocked rental! Also, super comfortable den furniture and bedding. Porch was lovely for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Location was perfect, easy walk to river front and River Street area. Open square areas for kids and dogs to play. Only 15-20 from Tybee for a beach day. Great parking situation with large private garage as well as front parking for additional guests. In historic district parking can be difficult so having private parking made coming and going quite easy! Would recommend this property.
