Our building is an intimate, boutique complex with only 10 units. You will enjoy a peaceful and private vibe, far better than staying in those massive, crowded developments where you share space with hundreds of guests.

About the Location (La Veleta) We are located in a trendy, developing area surrounded by jungle and amazing restaurants.

Note: Some streets here are still unpaved (part of Tulum’s rustic charm).

Getting around: To get to the beach (approx. 15 min), we recommend renting a car, scooter, or taking a taxi. also convenient to explore cenotes, archeological site etc. Tulum is still on development small town and not bicycle safe everywhere, take care.
