Log Cabin, sleeps 13, near Cedar City Utah

It's the best of both worlds! At Cedar Canyon Retreat, you can be in the mountains, surrounded by woodland, but you are only 5 minutes from the conveniences of Cedar City.

This cabin has plenty of room for two or more families, with a spacious 5-bedroom 2-bathroom house (sleeps 12) with a full kitchen.

Lots of activities at the cabin: We have a community game room located just next to the cabin that has a Pool Table, Ping Pong, and Air Hockey. We have our own trails. Free wi-fi and smart TVs. On the property is an authentic wheelwright shop where a previous owner made wagon wheels for pioneer re-enactments.

Beyond this cabin, Cedar Canyon Retreat also has a smaller cabin, 20 RV sites with full hookups, ready to serve your vacation needs! Our woodland community is especially well-suited for reunions and other groups. Come for the Shakespeare Festival, enjoy year-round outdoor adventures on the mountain, or just relax at home.

Cedar Canyon isn't as famous (and crowded) as Zion or Bryce, but it is a beautiful drive with lots of outdoor activities.

- Red Hollow mountain biking trail network: 4 minutes
- Two steakhouses, just a short walk to Milt's
- Ashdown Gorge/Flanagan's Arch hike: 5 minutes
- Woods Ranch County Park: 10 minutes
- Cedar Mountain snowmobiling: 15 minutes

-Kolob Terrace Scenic Byway (summer scenic drive to Zion/winter snowmobile route): starts almost across the street

Great spot

Liked the location. Game room is separated from property and communal. Power went out and we did not have alternate lighting available. After a tries was able to get management to deliver candles that worked ok. Appreciated the washer and dryer with complimentary pods and dryer sheets to wash cloths.

Lots of activities on property at our community game room: This space is shared with our RV Guests and is not private to the Cabin rental. Pool table, games and our own trails. Free wi-fi and smart TVs. On the property is an authentic wheelwright shop where a previous owner made wagon wheels for pioneer re-enactments which is now used as a community rec room with a ping pong, air hockey and pool table (shared with RV guests).
