The space
This home will be furnished! It is brand new! The first few weeks are being offered at a discounted price.

Tenants have use of the entire first floor of the home and the yard. The property manager is nearby and available to help at any time. They live in a separate access basement suite on the property.

→Bedroom 2: Two bunkbeds (twin over twin) with 2 trundles and a closet

→Living Room: couch, loveseat, fireplace, and a 65" HDTV
→Kitchen: 9' island, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, waffle maker, toaster, crockpot, pantry (stocked with basic spices), utensils, dishes, and pots and pans. Seating for 8 at the table and 4 at the counter.
→Laundry Room: Washer and Dryer are free to use, detergent is provided
→Queen sized airbed with built in pump and a twin sized airbed with built in pump

The home has high speed fiber internet and a large, open floor plan that provides a great place for gathering. It is a centralized location for many national parks, a university, a ski resort, mountains, and desert exploration.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood. The other homes on the street are not rentals. An access code will be provided to you upon reservation.

The house is not far from the freeway exits.

Remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore, we ask that you treat our space and our neighbors with the same respect you would want someone to show to your own. This is a family community.

Perfect Utah Getaway

Great location easy for day trips to Brian Head, Bryce Canyon, and Zion. Clean, spacious property perfect for families with kids. Got to use the pickleball court once before a snowstorm hit. Property manager very responsive and helpful. Recommend this property for a Southern Utah getaway.

Nice place; well located.

Pride of ownership showed at this property. My concern with property manager living in basement was unfounded as he was seen only once and was friendly. I highly recommend this property if you need a clean spacious house.

Great Home in Quiet Neighborhood

The property was clean, modern, and worked great for our family. The location made it is easy to get to/from the airport and other locations in Cedar City. We would definitely stay here again if/when returning to visit our family. It was only my wife, two year old, and I that stayed at the property, but the house could easily accommodate more.
