Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Lock the doors and return the keys

June-August: Place sheets and towels for beds in the linen bags that were provided at check in. Leave the comforters, blankets, pillow and mattress protectors in place as they belong to the home,

Roll the garbage cans 15 feet to the road (close to mailbox) Monday and Friday evening for an early Tuesday and Saturday pick up.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Stayed for 4 nights... easy to get to and easy access into the unit. The unit was well furnished and the kitchen had anything you might need! The public beach access was super close. It was so great having a pool, especially with a 3 year old. The owners also provide beach chairs, a beach cart and bicycles for use by guests! Richard was super easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We could see the beach inspite of the new construction. The building was pet friendly. Host was there when we arrived. Thank goodness because I hadn't received door lock code.

Thanks for your stay—glad you enjoyed the home and views! A unique electronic door code is always shared through the VRBO app prior to check-in. There is also a backup lockbox on-site, and I’m always available by phone for immediate assistance if needed. The beach view will remain unobstructed, as there is no construction directly in front of the property. The nearby single-family home under construction is on a long-occupied lot and sits diagonally from the home.

Weekend getaway

Such a wonderful 4 days at Holden. Beautiful weather and the house was exactly what our family needed. Plenty of room and beautiful views. Richard was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any question that we had. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone.

Great place and location! Clean and plenty of room. You are on top of another unit and share the pool. We were there during 30 degree weather and didn’t use the pool. The unit below were enjoying the pool because it’s heated.

Quick Visit

We had a fabulous off season visit to HB and loved the property. The house was perfectly located near an access, with both marsh and ocean views. We had everything we needed for a relaxing long weekend with our family. The heated pool was a great bonus!! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Spectacular

This property is clean, bright and spacious. Pictures are perfectly accurate. The pool is wonderful to have and a rare find. Ocean views and 8 houses from the beach access.Property owner was kind and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
