This fully renovated 3-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to Holden Beach. With 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 1 twin bed, this fabulous property offers a tremendous space for guests to relax. The bathroom comes equipped with a hair dryer and shower for your convenience. This home is located on a quiet street, with public beach access directly in front of street, with a 2-3 minute walk to beach access from house. All stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, outdoor shower, and access to washer & dryer for laundry! Bring your boat or jet skis - direct access to waterway with brand NEW dock. Front porch & back porch seating available. Beach chairs & beach towels are included. Ping Pong Table provided in the basement of house!!

This property was great! It is super clean and exactly what the pictures look like. It is located right down the street from a beach access that we walked to. The only thing we dinged for is lack of cleaning supplies such as counter top spray and the amount of checkout cleaning that was required. This may just be how they keep the price down in comparison to other properties. Overall our experience was great!

Very nice and clean house. Really my only complaint is that only one bedroom has a TV in it. Would have been nice if they all did. Also the bed bunk room does not have a ceiling fan anymore. Was not thrilled that they wanted me to take all the linens/laundry downstairs to the laundry room and start a load of laundry before I left, but it wasn’t the end of the world. Would def stay again!

Five Stars!!!My wife and I really enjoyed our stay!This property was exactly as described. The photos are current. The house and grounds were very clean upon arrival. We could tell from the moment we walked in the front door that this owner takes great pride in providing a nice experience for his guests. Location is very quiet. The checkin/checkout instructions were clear and concise. I will definitely check the availability next time we plan a trip to the area.
