Unwind in our tranquil serene 2-bedroom home with free parking, privacy and balcony. Only a short 10-minute drive to restaurants and 10 minutes to the nearest beach. Our tranquil accommodation presents close proximity to everything - 20 min to Magens Bay beach most popular beach on St Thomas; 10 min to Lindquist beach; 10 mins to Red Hook where you will find the most famous DUFFY BAR night life.
Only 10 mins to Red Hook dock, a short ferry ride to to St John and Tortola. Famous restaurant Senor Pizza, One pub, Kinky Mermaid, Tarpons Table to name a few. There's lots to do and see in red Hook.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Be sure to dispose of all trash when ever you are going out.
When checking out return off hot water heater and all lights and all faucet.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No climbing or sitting on hand rails on balcony, please accompany children on balcony when ever they are out on balcony to reduce the risk falling.
Remove trash and place it securly in trash bin at parking when checking out put all linen in hamper, wash and pack away dishes utensils turn off AC.
Also turn off water heater to conserve consumption cost, put keys in lock box When checking out the #2692 and then scrambled numbers for safety.

I am from a small Caribbean island resident of St Thomas for over 38 years.

Why they chose this property

I'm proud to say this setting is very quiet during day as well as night, no busting traffic only 25 min away from town. Lots of greenery and off road parking, taxi and rental car accessable, no public transportation available in area.

What makes this property unique

Real affordable and clean and spacious 2 bedrooms with 1 queen size bed in each room, large living space with couch beds for sleeping, home can accommodate a max of 6 people (adult and kids).
