This Property was Clean and nice view but construction behind the house was making noise and interrupting are sleep early morning around 8am. Also hard to find a swimming pool. Overall good experience.Thanks

The whole house was great. The kids loved the extra amenities like the slide and the foosball table. The view of the lake on the top floor was breathtaking. Well also loved having two refrigerators. Communication with the property manager was always good. Would definitely rent here again.

Exceptional house that is perfect for multiple families. Two large refrigerators, two dish washers, washer and dryer available on every floor. Every bedroom has a bathroom that is a generous size. Also every floor has a half bath. Living area has plenty of seating for large groups. Just a phenomenal find and value for the price.
Beautiful sunrise outside with a perfectly lit tree during our post Christmas stay.

Perfect lake house

We had 13 people stay in this house and it was perfect in every way! From each bedroom having its own bathroom to the spacious areas for dining to the beautiful view of the lake. We couldn’t have been happier. We will be back!

Our family enjoyed the space. The kids had a BLAST. There was good & bad involved with the stay. The bad is very fixable with a little TLC. The Good will definitely be GREAT if it gets cleaned up.BAD: Floors were dirty, these need mopped badly (dont go barefoot) Some dishes in cabinets were also dirty & a skillet still had grease in it. House had slight odor as if it had been shut up for some time or had been wet, after leaving bathroom fans run for a few hours it cleared up. A window covered with cardboard in basement needs repaired. Furniture in living room scoots apart super easy & rugs are curling up at all corners.GOOD: Water pressure was great, rooms were nice, beds & pillows were clean and super comfy. 3 washer & dryers were very helpful. 2 fridges accommodated us well. 2 dishwashers was greatly appreciated.OVERALL: Had a great time, would rent again if we had a lesser need for handicap accessibility.

Perfect house!

We loved staying at Summit View! It is perfect for a large family with young children!Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and several bedrooms having bunk or trundle beds were great for the kids.The living/kitchen area is large and open, which made it the ideal hang out space, especially with back deck and beautiful view of the lake.The kids really enjoyed the slide and other level living areas.

Amazing home, great location

Beautiful view of the lake. Layout of the home allowed all of us to be together in the same room but also had smaller spaces where we could visit in smaller groups. There was lots of things available for all ages of kids. The slide in the house fun for most of the kids but a little too steep for the younger ones. We did run out of paper towels and garbage bags.
