Amazing fall break 2026

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved everything about the condo. Condo was a little messy. Handprints on door walls windows, kitchen countertop needed cleaning, kitchen table needed wipe down. Only 1 hand towel for kitchen and a lot of utensils were dirty and had to be rewashed. I'm assuming because of hurricane it was a rushed job but other than that we loved our stay

We have stayed at Edge Water many times over the years and greatly enjoy the resort. As for this particular condo it missed the mark. We love the decoration and space is good. If there are more than 3-4 people it’s going to be tight. Our biggest issue with this condo was the cleanliness. The sheets had blood on them and from prior visitors. The floors weren’t clean (outside sand as expected). The main shower head needs to be updated to lesson the shower pressure, it’s far too much. The owner really needs to go through and check their condo as it’s not as renovated as advertised. Air vent hanging from the ceiling, vanity faucet loose and etc. We will continue to visit Edge Water, but will not return to this unit.

LOVED this room! We've stayed at Edgewater many times, this was hands down our best room yet! Beautiful ocean view, check in was ready and simple, communication with host was great, and MOST IMPORTANT TO US - the room was SO CLEAN! And super loved being close to the elevator!

Perfect stay! I was hesitant to book this resort only because some mixed reviews on the elevator issues and rowdy crowd. We went during fall break in October and neither of these were an issue. The resort was clean, not overly crowded and overall we were very pleased. I did plan to use the gym and the basketball courts but they are actually located across the street. There is a golf cart service that will take you to and from but I assumed it would be closer to the condos. This room was located in tower two. The larger pool is not seen from the balcony but a perfect location distance wise from the main pool and the restaurant. All a very short walk. There is a smaller pool and hot tub right down stairs of this specific condo. I believe all the towers in the resort have their own pool you can access. The room was beautiful. Just as pictured. There was lots of sit arounds and decor that I did move so my kids wouldn’t knock it over. It would not be ideal for toddlers. The room overall was very, very clean! It could use a deep clean though. Behind the beds, inside some of the cabinets and drawers, etc. You will not regret this room. I am so happy we found it!!

Great Family Getaway

We visited this beautiful condo for Easter break. The condo provided an excellent home base for our family of 6. After amazing days of activity at the resort pools, tennis/pickleball courts, beach, fishing, and local eateries, we all had space to relax and recharge in comfort. We would definitely return!

Perfect Vacation

This condo was even better than the listing described. Would definitely stay again and recommend to everyone. If there was a complaint it's that we needed a bigger skillet to feed everyone when cooking but we managed. Couldn't ask for a better place and we have been going to PCB for 11 years now. Thanks for sharing your condo with us!

Wonderful!!!

Did not want to leave. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our only complaint is the shower heads. There was hardly any water pressure and the water stream was tiny so it took forever to fry and get clean. Especially for my daughter who is 5 but has waist length hair. Definitely need better shower heads! Everything else was amazing!

Loved our stay here and would definitely come back. The condo itself was very comfortable and in a great location. The living room right off the balcony is beautifully decorated. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the resort property as well. I saw them out every morning cleaning the pools and the hot tubs and getting them ready for the day. There are convenient restrooms right beside the pools that were also consistently being cleaned throughout the day. Loved the onsite restaurant as well. The only thing that could make this condo better is including beach chair setup. However, I did know that wasn’t included before our trip, I was expecting it to be more affordable to rent them once I got there though. It was not. 500 for the week is the quote we got. Not a deal breaker for this condo though, it is very nice. Excellent balcony view!

Beautiful Spring Getaway

The property was very clean… spotless! The property has very nice furnishings and very well appointed decor from top to bottom. We experienced a couple small issues, (1) with the wrong beach access code, and another with no hot water the first day. The hot water was repaired immediately after the issue was reported. The day time host very very responsive and checked on our stay multiple times. (Just and FYI for the host, we didn’t use the on suite bath because the water from the shower head sprayed on the ceiling tile.) We knew the condo was newly renovated and there would be some small issues. We enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this condo to anyone looking for an above average condo in the Edgewater Resort.

The condo itself was great but not a fan of Edgewater. The resort claims a huge section of beach, making everyone who brings their own beach gear to set up on a small section. The condo does not have a reservation for the edgewater’s umbrella/chair sections, so you have to bring your own. People start putting their gear on the beach as early as 5:30am. If you’re not down there by 6:30am, you’ll be about 4 rows back off the beach. The front door to the condo is heavy and slams shut if you’re not holding it, which is a huge hazard for young kids. Security at the resort is a joke. Teenagers kept jumping off water fixtures into the pools and were constantly running up and down the hallways, screaming and cussing. Inside of the condo was very clean and the views were amazing. I’d stay again if it wasn’t for the resort. I’ll definitely never stay at an Edgewater property again.

Early august

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This room was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed with it. The decor was beautiful and felt like home. Just what we needed for our family and the amenities at Edgewater was very nice. I wish I would have noticed that both bedrooms were along the entry wall and not the ocean side of the building just because of noise. The only negative could be considered objective - we like softer beds and both beds felts harder than a brick. Very uncomfortable and the second bedroom’s bed squeaked - however after an exhausting day at the beach sleep is sleep. One of the elevators were down our entire stay and at one point the only working elevator was also down and we had to climb stairs with all of our beach stuff the 6 flights. This is not the room owners fault - just pointing out that it was an issue. But from a housekeepers info there were 10 buildings between different resorts all waiting on the same back ordered part. Overall I would recommend this room and resort. I would maybe just be prepared for extra firm mattresses!

The room was beautifully decorated!! Loved the location of room, right next to the elevator. My only complaints was the condo could’ve been cleaner and the rugs need to be replaced with new ones. We’ll definitely stay again!
