New Golf Course home is now available in the Concan Country Club Subdivision! Queen of Hearts is a great place for family/friend vacations as well as hunting trips, reunions or business retreats. This brand new house has modern amenities and sleeps 30 with 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. All towels and sheets are provided and all beds are made upon your arrival! The huge outdoor space has a pool with large tanning shelf, hot tub, firepit, and huge kitchen/bar space with room for all your guests!

I grew up traveling to the Frio River Valley with my parents and siblings. My husband and I continued this tradition with our two boys as they grew up. We now reside outside of Marble Falls, TX. Fishing and tubing the Frio River has been a summer routine for over 40 years! I want to share the beauty of the Frio River Valley area with others.
Why they chose this property
Queen of Hearts is located in a gated subdivision on the beautiful Frio Valley Golf Course. There are hills all around and the sunsets are amazing!
What makes this property unique
Queen of Hearts was built for large groups to relax and enjoy friends and family while taking in the beauty the area has to offer. You can observe the deer roaming past the back yard each morning when you are drinking your coffee on the patio. In the evenings, enjoy a game on the 75" TV or a game of darts in the spacious outdoor kitchen as your cook uses the large charcoal grill to fix dinner. There are plenty of loungers and sitting areas for all your guests to relax, swim in the pool or heat up in the spa.
