Newly renovated & extremely clean.
48" TV with Netflix, HBO, ESPN, TNT, etc.

The house is an old Florida beach duplex with a private cottage in the back. Guests will be staying in the cottage in the backyard. Completely private with fenced in backyard and private parking space.

All travelers welcome!
City Ordinance quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be considerate of nearby neighbors.

Perfect for a couple/small family getaway

The unit was a cozy stay just a few blocks away from Jax Beach, and all the restaurants/nightlife spots in the area. My girlfriend and I brought our fur baby, and we all stayed comfortably for the weekend!

Cottage was clean and well provided for our needs and check in was good, but unfortunately the former tenants didn't clean up after their pet or pets in the very small yard. We had to clean up before we could let our small dogs in the yard. The bathtub could use a safety mat too. It was near Mayo which was a plus.
