I'm not sure how to put this, but this property isn't as advertised. The stay was okay, but we could not use any of the outside as the grill was full of grease and bugs. The outdoor furniture was too filthy to sit in. The weeds had grown up so bad around the back door that they hindered our ability to go in and out. The weeds around the front door and around the garbage cans were similarly overgrown and out of control. The exhaust fan is not working in the upstairs bathroom. There are several lights not working. The furniture is old and uncomfortable. There were two game boxes upstairs but no boards or pieces in them. The carpeting upstairs and on the stairs is stained and not vacuumed. We had to clean the filters in the dishwasher and the dryer in order for them to work properly. We also had to run the dishwasher to clean it on arrival as there were dirty dishes and some sort of dark stain on the door. The front screen has issues. Just overall, it is not something we would ever consider staying in again. I sent the host an email outlining our issues and he did respond quickly but never followed up. I do not recommend this property.

Group of friends got together to do a float and play top golf. Location was great and property easily sleep the ten of us.
