This private home is ideally situated within walking distance of an array of local breweries, delicious restaurants and unique shopping experiences. Enjoy easy access to I69 making trips to Downtown Indianapolis, Ruoff Music Center & Grand Park a breeze. Modern amenities including a fully equipped kitchen and cozy living area make this home the perfect blend of local charm & convenience- book your stay today!
- Absolutely no smoking or vaping. Guests will be charged a $500 cleaning fee for smoking in the house.
- Any issues or concerns should be communicated with the guest immediately.
- No furniture to be removed from the house.
- No pets. Pets seen on property or pet messes found in the house will be charged a $210 pet fee.
- No Parties allowed on property. This is a private residential area with 24/7 patrol by local law enforcement. Guests will be asked to leave.
- No outside guests. 10 people max.
- Don't forget to log out of the Roku!
