Gorgeous property - Gobs of issues

Mouse droppings in kitchen and other parts of home including a bed - that was the worst of our issues. No hot water for more than 48 hours so unable to sanitize the mouse poopy dishes or take showers. Had to ask for check in details on our way to property as they were not provided. Although listing stated noon, check in was not until 3:00 so we had to kill time til check in. It was 80 degrees in house when we arrived. Pool was still being filled & cleaned. Landscaping people arrived after we did. Mowed, etc for two hours while we were in the pool. Microwave did not work. Gas grill was GROSS. Had contractor change a couple of exterior doorknobs while we were there. Departure day, more contractors at property. Property is a great space but hosts seem to lack basic understanding of what it means to be a VRBO host.
