Heated Salt water pool, 7 person hot tub, 2 hammocks, pool house, gas/charcoal grills, pizza oven, tons of seating areas and 12 umbrellas for shady seating as well as a dining table under the pergola, a covered, lighted firepit seating 8. We have a driving range also set up! Teeing mat and distance markers. 20Hiking trails on ranch . Guided horseback rides available
The space
Beautiful 31’ camper with large living room slide and large separate bedroom on upper level. You will have the whole camper which has one queen bed and a full bath in a separate room, a sleeper sofa, dinette that can sleep two, 2 bar seats at counter, 2 swivel rockers, stereo, dvd player, a kitchen with all the necessities, drip coffee maker and a K cup coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven and stove top, all towels and linens. There is a TV in LR and also one in the bedroom upstairs (2 steps), also outside you have your own firepit that you can also grill on as well. The pool house is open from May 1- September 31, pool house has a sofa, hand sink and commode as well as refrigerator and AC / heat and ceiling fan! An outdoor urinal is also available for use located directly behind pool house as well as an outdoor rainfall hot water shower. We are in the country so seeing wild deer or turkeys are very likely. Most anything, you might forget to bring, we probably have! Just ask!! We also have guided horseback trail rides available- $100 pp for a 2 hour ride. Lots of marked Hiking trails also on property w/ map! Bring your golf clubs and use our teeing mat on the driving range. Distance flags are set for 120, 150, 165, and 185 yards. Don’t like to golf or ride horses?, just come and reconnect with nature and enjoy the relaxing views. Pool season is typically from May to September. Tree swing is at your campsite and firewood is provided for fire pit. We are close to so many places to see while here:
