We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their stay. We will not be present at the property, but we are always available and just a message or phone call away should you need anything at all during your visit.

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire home, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. Enjoy the convenience of a private entrance and seamless self check-in using a secure keypad, allowing you to arrive at your leisure any time after check-in.

Step into Southern Charm, a delightful 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage built in 1929 that blends historical character with modern comfort. The cozy living room features a large sectional sofa, perfect for relaxing, and also includes a sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements.

The home's true highlight is its abundant outdoor living spaces. Enjoy your morning coffee on the welcoming front porch, dine al fresco on the spacious covered back deck, or gather for an evening under the stars around the fire pit on the large backyard patio.

To ensure a comfortable and convenient stay, we provide:

This property was heaven . The home was cozy and serene with a big beautiful outdoor space for our dog to run around . The beds were very comfortable, the home was very clean and had everything we needed . We enjoyed it so much that we spent more time enjoying the home, and less time exploring ! Perfect Location

Everything was terrific for our stay! We spent a few nights here while my Lenoir-Rhyne student son recovered from a surgery. It was the perfect place for our needs; comfortable, very quiet and very close to the University, hospitals and all amenities. The neighborhood is lovely, and you’ll spot lots of friendly walkers, runners and dog-walkers. I 100% recommend this home!

The house was perfectly situated for me to explore areas in and around Hickory. Quick and easy 5 minute drive to Hickory Lake Park to walk my dog and ride my bike on the off-road trails. 20 minute drive to Bakers Park and Riverbend Park for more trail walking. House was pleasantly cooled with a/c, ceiling fans above the bed, and the mattress comfortable provided for a great nights sleep.

My father and I and my dog stayed at the cottage to visit my daughter who attends LR for a track meet. The beds were super comfy. My dog loved the yard to play frisbee and round around. Really nothing special. Furniture in back was thrown all around. Nothing was set up. Dirty ashtrays sitting on tables in back and front of home. Ants in bathroom. It wasn’t as pleasant as we thought it would be. Some of the towels looked dirty etc. very surprising.
