Penthouse Unit Directly on the beach with unbelievable views. Managed by Owner.

Penthouse Unit. Only 40 condos in the entire complex so there is always seating by the pool and plenty of space on the beach. You can enjoy your stay without worrying about saving a seat by the pool or getting a good spot along the ocean. This condo features a 1,500 square foot balcony that goes around the entire outside of the unit offering great views of the beach and bay areas. Every Room has balcony access so everyone can enjoy the balcony at any time.

The Master Bedroom features ground to ceiling windows for you to lay in bed and watch the waves roll in. The Master Bathroom features a Steam Shower that is fantastic.

The bedroom configuration is as follows. 2 rooms have king beds and 2 rooms have queen beds. The couch features a Serta comfort sleeper. Every room has it's own private bathroom.

This condo was very spacious and gave our 3 adult children and their crew plenty of room. Every room has their own private bath. The owners suite has a stream shower that was amazing. The condo was very clean and check-in/check out procedures were extremely simple The views were spectacular. All you need is your foods and beach towels and enjoy the beach. I come down to the Emerald Coast 1-2 times a year and this has been the best property we have rented. The owner responds super quick. Always answered my questions right away. Very attentive. Will definitely rent this condo again

Our family of 11 stayed here, and we enjoyed this condo so much! It was spacious enough for the adults and kids to have their own space. The views were great. The beds were comfortable! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect beach stay

These condos are in the perfect spot with access right on the beach. You can walk to the flora bama and Waffle House for meals and entertainment and never need to drive anywhere. Everything was clean and beautiful, and really helpful to have a full bathroom in each room my family stays at the condos yearly and we have never been disappointed! By far the best place to stay :)

This property is off the charts for comfort, convenience, being in a quiet area and easy access to the beach!! The spacious unit is well equipped with all the essentials and comfy beds. Mickey is such a dedicated host! Our family was more then pleased with everything about our stay and hope to return next year!!

This was the greatest spot to spend Labor Day. We had 4 couples in our party and everyone got to do what they wanted. It’s very close to shopping, groceries, flora-bama and restaurants. The lady who cleaned our room did a great job and was so very kind. The only reason I put 4 stars is because the condo could use a little updating. Mickey Letson was a true gentleman and a pleasure to work with. We have been going to Destin area every year since 1981. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Stayed at the Mediterranean complex with friends to celebrate birthdays and it was amazing. Great location next to floribama and close to grocery stores and shopping. The beach was lovely and the condo was fantastic with plenty of space!

Why they chose this property

I have been vacationing in the Orange Beach area my entire life. I love the people, the beautiful white sand beaches and the simple enjoyment of sitting on the balcony and watching the waves roll in as the sun sets.

What makes this property unique

I enjoy the peaceful atmosphere even during peak vacation seasons. Even when other condo's are crowded, this unit is not because many of the owners do not rent their units.
