The Bannock Lodge was beautiful. Very roomy, ample space for our family of eight. Grilled on the spacious deck, enjoyed relaxing, even has hot tub. More than what we expected. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Matt your home was amazing! We had six adults in our group and we all had a great time. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub an added plus on cold nights. Your kitchen was stocked and we appreciated the ice and filtered water. Your home was very clean. Loved the views on the porch! Thank you Matt for your awesome communication. We hope to return!

Property was as described and very clean and spacious. It was far larger than needed for 2 people. This is in a golf course community, which I do not recall reading.The home was well furnished and equipped. Any communication with the property owner was very timely. The staircases were curved, so a bit hard to get luggage up. A fire table outside would have been a nice touch.Definitely recommend for a quite and scenic stay off the beaten path.

Disliked: Communication
Nice place, but the history, Matt Hail, eXp Realty, 208-399-8080, was the worst I’ve seen. Extremely rude in answering text messages. He said that we were renting a piece of real estate and not to expect his services to include anything to do with living conditions. We are members of the Bronze Buffalo Resort and rent houses and condos often, but never again, if Matt is involved.

Let me offer the facts. On the second morning of his stay, Jay sends me a text demanding an additional set of towels for every room in the house. I suggested he run a load of laundry at the house, detergent. He claims, "Between showers the towels are still wet". I explain that this is a very dry climate. If you hang a wet towel, it will dry. Then he pulls out the classics - "I’ll remember your response when we give you the review😩", followed by the completely bogus claim, "I know the owner of the property". I won't be manipulated by threats and lies, especially by somebody who announces himself as a member of the Bronze Buffalo Resort at every opportunity. If you enjoy this kind of treatment, have Jay as your guest.

The house was very comfortable and location perfect (on a pond and nesseled in the trees)! Very beautiful! The surrounding ponds were perfect for my 15 year old grandson to fish. We would definitely stay again!

Family snow trip

We were a group of 2 families of 4. The house was perfect. Arrival was easy and the house was clean. Plenty of room, the kitchen was spacious and well equipped, the living room was cozy with the fireplace and great view (a moose mom and babe walked right by the deck!). We had a fantastic time in this beautiful home.

This was a wonderful place for our group of friends to stay! It accommodated us all well as far as bedrooms and bathrooms and patio space. The kitchen was stocked very well. It was reasonably clean, with the exception of some cobwebs in some high corners of the home. It would have been nice for a communication folder to have been there for some instructions about the home, but the owner was quick to answer questions. Would definitely recommend and stay again!!!
