Absolutely beautiful property. This is the way to stay in Hawaii. The villa was large, had everything you truly needed including full gourmet kitchen, laundry, beach supplies, wi-fi and giant TVs. It was spotless when we checked in. And the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Sitting out on the balcony for breakfast was pure joy. And, you're overlooking the quiet pool, so no loud kids. Plus, the first morning, we had a small bird come land on the balcony, almost as our welcoming committee. Don't feed them, though, unless you want and entire welcoming mob.The resort property itself was meticulously clean and well maintained. I've honestly not seen many this well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pools were wonderful, and beach access was easy. The only negatives, and the first is extremely first word problem; the designated parking spot (free, by the way), is under the other tower, so it's a bit of a walk if you are carrying groceries or luggage. But, you can access parking in your tower for drop off, if needed. Just don't park there. Like I said, first word problem. The other slight negative is that the furniture is starting to show some age. Nothing affecting functionality or cleanliness. Just nicks and scratches from use. Nothing some touch up markers wouldn't fix. I can't say enough good about our stay. You can pay double the price and stay in a small hotel room, or choose this villa and have a great time.

Something for everyone!

There were options for all preferences—quiet pool and hot tub, family friendly areas, ocean accessible, great snorkeling, nearby restaurants and shops. Be sure to hit Eggs N Things! Easy drive to Honolulu and North shore. Do not miss Kualoa Ranch. Our stay was amazing. Facility was accessible, clean and friendly.

Family vacation

Great condo with a good location. Close enough to Pearl Harbor and easy access to North Shore. The king size bed in the master was very comfortable! The kitchen was stocked with everything including a rice cooker which is a must! The washer and dryer were a bit loud and the light in the guest shower was out, other than that it was a perfect condo.

Paradise in Paradise

This property is absolutely perfect! Jae & Roth are fabulous hosts and quick to respond to any questions. This condo is well appointed and up to date. Great for a family stay, including everything you would need for the beach. The unit is exactly as described and pictured in the listing. Secure grounds and access. Pools and other amenities are all first-rate! This will definitely be our first choice to stay again on our next trip.

Wonderful Vacation!

This property has all the amenities of a luxury resort but the convenience of a well equipped private condo, including some beach and pool toys for our grandson. If you have toddlers, there is a nice shallow pool great for wading and playing. If you prefer a sandy beach, it is just a two minute walk. There is even a heated lap pool that is have designated quiet area, which is a great place to read, have a drink or lounge in the sunshine. The property is clean and meticulously maintained. There a few shops that you can walk to about a kilometre away, but you will need a car if you want to get groceries or visit Honolulu. Overall, we had an excellent visit here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a more quiet and less crowded vacation.

Beautiful property as usual

These infos are to help out or to facilitate others that will be staying in this unit in the future to have a smooth stay. This is my personal opinion compare to my past stays in other units in the same villa (this is my 4th stay in this villa). CONS: -The unit lacks of several basic items compare to other units that I have rented in the past on this property such as : free internet, sugar, oil for cooking, soy sauce, toilet paper (they only provide 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet), kitchen towel, mats for the beach, small cart to help bring things to the beach or to the BBQ area, etc... -They do provide many items for the beach such as boogie boards and snorkeling gears but they were all broken. -When we arrived to check-in, they didn't have our reservation when we booked 6 months ahead, already paid in full, and even received a confirmation email couple of weeks before our check-in date. This brought a lot of stress for us while we were waiting for the front desk to contact the owner or the management (waited about 30min after our 13hr flight gets irritating). I would strongly advise to call the Ko'Olina Beach Villas front desk directly to confirm your reservation at least a week before your check-in. -We checked out on August 12th but still haven't got our deposit back. PROS: -The property is gorgeous as usual and very well kept with lots of tropical flowers. The staffs at the front desk, the cleaning people, and the Makai Bar are always friendly, smiling and very helpful. -The lagoon is clean, calm water (perfect for families will small children). -Parking is included -Even after your check-out, you can ask the front desk for the visitor's parking pass if you want to play one last time at the beach before your flight. -The unit is spacious and clean. -The lanai is huge and is facing the quiet pool so you don't get bothered with noise and you also have a great view even on the 3rd floor. - If you want to go to a Luau, they're all near by...Paradise Cove, Germaine's Luau, and Fia Fia Luau is within a walking distance (especially Fia Fia is right next door!). All in all, Ko'Olina Beach Villa is my favorite place to stay whenever I go back to the Island. Its far from Waikiki but very close to all of my favorite spots! -Waikele shopping-Anna Miller's-Kapiolani coffee shop-Aloha Crepes-Genki sushi -Zippy's-Gyukaku-Elena's-and a short drive to North Shore :)

The location was amazing and the beach was fantastic. A car is required but then you’re close to everything because the island isn’t very big. Sitting on the lanai watching the evening sky was a great way to end our day!

Nice place

A fine place for us. My husband and I rented this one while other family members were in other units. It suited our individual needs, except for the washer/dryer all in one! This was difficult to wash and dry efficiently. Also, no just plain dryer when needed. Short supply on some kitchen utensils and glassware. But, very comfortable and easy access to pool and beach.

Home in paradise

This property worked out so well for us and our visit to Hawaii. It has excellent restaurants walking distance from the property. The lagoons were peaceful and had cool snorkeling opportunities. The view was great, you can see the ocean from the balcony, but will need to walk down to the beach to see the sunset. I loved how the room keys were only to be used for you. I couldn’t go to another floor with my room key. It made me feel very safe and I felt comfortable leaving my two teens there while we went to the hot tub. Full gorgeous kitchen. The check in process was so easy! The staff working were friendly and greeted with a smile and “Aloha!” When you saw them. The place was well stocked, plenty of garbage bags, toilet paper, everything. If I had a complaint, it’s a small one, but the bugs in the place are certainly present; in every room, cabinets, in the dishwasher, etc. we probably saw two or three each day. I reached out to the owner and they sent someone to spray very quickly, but I truly think this is an problem that can’t be controlled given the nature of the property with the doors open on the balcony(which is a must!!!) We just rinsed off dishes before we used them and it was totally fine. I would absolutely recommend this property to someone looking for a place to stay in Oahu.

Oahu family vacation

It was amazing!! The condo was perfect for what we needed. Everything was clean and was exactly as stated on VRBO. We could have used a high chair - but the pack and play was perfect for the baby.

Wonderful home away from home!

We loved our stay at the Beach Villas. It is clean and exactly as described. The view is amazing and we spent every moment possible on the lanai. The pools are perfect and the lagoon is great for a day at the beach. We even enjoyed a few drinks from the bar. It is the perfect spot for two couples to spend a week in paradise.

Great time!

Our unit was not just as described. It was better than we imagined it to be. We loved the pools. We loved the view of the cove and the beach and we especially loved the little bar that served fantastic drinks and really good snacks. I think we had a hotdog every day.

Perfect stay.

Condo was clean and very comfortable. Great communication with the hosts. We had everything we needed for a great vacation. We spent a lot of time on the Linai over looking the lap pool. The poolside bar was amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beach services down by the logoon were great. We made breakfast every morning and used the Keurig daily. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Great condo!

Great resort and great unit! The unit has plenty of pool and beach toys, such as chairs, a wagon to get it all down there, body boards, etc. Can see the pool and ocean perfectly. We will be back!

Amazing Vacation

Family Vacation to Hawaii!! What else can you say. 😁 The property is amazing and there is some shopping and food options a 10 minute walk away. The pools and hot tubs are very nice and the Lagoon is very close as well. We will definitely stay here again. It was an amazing trip all the way around. I highly recommend!!!

Ko Olina Paradise

We LOVED our stay! The unit was well appointed .. We especially appreciated the snorkeling equipment and the beach cart! The location was superb...restful and with beautiful views.
