Property is actually a 2-unit house, each located on a separate floor, but accessible thru doorways. House was originally built as a single family home, and later converted into 2 separate units. Upper unit ( Main level) has 3 bedrooms, ( 1 king bed, 1 Queen bed, and 2 Twin beds), 1 full bath , Living Room, Dining Room, and a full Kitchen. Lower unit has 2 Bedrooms, (3 Queen Beds) , 1 full bath, Living Room and a Full Kitchen with dining area. Each unit also has their own washer and dryer. Large back yard is available along with a 3-seasons Sunporch. Gas grill and outdoor furniture are provided. Driveway has capacity for up to 5 vehicles, and overnight street parking is available from April 1st - October 31st.
