Kirkwood Stay

My siblings, partners and I had a great time at this Vrbo. Close to dining options in Atlanta and the Edgewood neighborhood. I would definitely come back.

Nice Location, Poor Management

The house is in a nice neighborhood and has potential, but our stay was disappointing. Despite strict house rules, a detailed contract, and a background check, the home didn’t meet expectations. The main shower didn’t work, the guest room lacked a working light and fan due to a missing remote, and while the sheets seemed clean, other areas throughout needed attention. The listing mentioned bugs from a woodland area, but the house is in a residential neighborhood and just had a general bug issue. Communication with management was very difficult as they seemed frustrated with any issues. With better management, this could be a much better experience but in its current state, we wouldn’t return.

Hello Kaitlin. We are very disappointed in your review that you left us. We are not sure why you stated that communication was an issue. We checked on you several times during your stay and you never replied at all. You never informed us that you had any issues with the home at all either. This is totally unfair to us as a company. We cannot address any issues if you don't reply to any messages we send you. As far as bugs are concerned, like we stated in the listing details, the home has many trees around the area. We have the home treated for bugs monthly, but due to the number of storms and rain that we have had the last few weeks, bugs are more prevalent. Nevertheless, we do wish you good luck in all of your future travels.
