All AQUA guests must be pre-registered to receive Parking Permit(s). The registration fee is $50 per vehicle starting January 1, 2025. This fee is required by Aqua Condominium Resort and its COA. Max of 2 vehicles. This fee will include all amenities and parking pass(es). This fee is in addition to the booking and details to obtain parking passes will be located on your Rental Agreement and Travel App after you book your reservation.

Not only do you have the best breathtaking views of the Gulf, we have made sure that even your sleep is the most comfortable! Spacious Dining area and well appointed Kitchen to order in fabulous meals from your favorite restaurants or prepare home cooked meals for your family and friends! Exquisite interior spaces include 2 OCEANFRONT KING SUITES, both with access to spacious balcony, Primary Bath with a separate glass enclosed shower, garden tub, double vanity. Guest Room 3 with Queen and private bath and Guest Room 4 with Twin over Twin Bunk Bed and TV. Kitchen with granite counter tops, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave and laundry with washer and dryer.

We had a great vacation at this unit at the Aqua. It’s very tastefully decorated with a beach vibe. It’s very clean. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. There are two water view king rooms which worked out great for our family. The furniture is comfortable. There is a big sectional and a large dining table to fit plenty of people. You can walk to shuckums and Diego’s as well as the liquor store and pier park is so close you could also walk to it if you liked. We would definitely book here again.

I highly recommend this property! First and foremost, this building’s location and amenities are lovely. Elevators are fantastic, which is not always the case in other buildings. Melissa as a host was phenomenal! The responsiveness to any inquiry, as well as the attention to detail that there was in this unit, were very impressive.

Great vacay!

We had a great week! Everything was exactly as advertised. The place was a little sandy when we got there but I imagine that is a constant battle. One of the shower heads wasn’t working properly and was spraying water all over the ceiling and walls but management was extremely responsive. It was fixed within an hour of reporting it to the owner. Wish list: sharper knives and a cookie sheet (but we bought one and left it there). Will stay again if we need a 4 bedroom condo!
