Come stay in the hippest neighborhood of New Orleans! Our property features a 105-year-old Creole cottage-style home, in the heart of the Bywater and just a short walk to the Mississippi River. Our property is divided into two sections. While staying with us you will have your own section of the main house with a private entrance, one bedroom, living area, and luxury ensuite bathroom. There is also a small kitchenette in the living area. You will also have access to the rear courtyard for relaxi
The space
While staying with us you will have the front section of the main house with a private entrance, bedroom, living area, and ensuite bathroom. The bedroom has a super comfy queen size bed. Dressers, nightstands, closet. The living room offers a new queen sleeper if additional friends are added.
Exit through the side hall door and down the walkway to the beautiful, New Orleans style Courtyard. Maintained fashionable night light. There are fountains, comfy outdoor furniture, a fire pit, and a grill. With full access to the courtyard at any time. Such a cozy spot in the heart of it all!
Guest access
Our guests have full access to the courtyard and all its offerings as well as our outdoor seating, fire pit & bbq grill.
Street parking is typically available on the same block.
Other things to note
Guests are free to smoke in privacy of the fenced yard and ashtrays are set out. We have a washer and dryer available in the house and the fire pit & BBQ are at your disposal.
Video Surveillance: – Our property has security cameras placed throughout the exterior public areas of our home. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, etc., and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property.
